Name Change for Blog Site
The name no goofy zone comes from my hotmail address under the same name. Ive changed the name of the blog to reflect that. I first came up with this name when I played in a Rod Parsley church plant in Ohio. When we would sit in the pews after playing and things would start to go nuts (as things do in word faith churches) I would set both my sweat towels on each side of me. So when people would start running around, speaking in false tongues and acting crazy I had my little area where I didnt want people to come into with their ungodly goofiness ie two sweat towel. Other people on the praise team started calling this my No Goofy Zone and it stuck. I have been indiscernment ministry since even before I went back to playing music in church.
The Simply Agape Project is the name of the not for profit recording ministry that God has used to put free Christian Music into the hands of the troops and those who serve and protect our country.
I do all of this simply out of love for the Body of Christ and my neighbor, but want to seperate the ministry names.
I dont get paid for either and thats ok-
