Interfaith Breakfast-Do we all worship the same God?

This is a link to this years Interfaith Breakfast which of course folks like Rick Warren and Richard Mouw attended.
http://washingtontimes.com/national/20060202-111835-3132r.htm
Let me say a bit about interfaith anything.
Since when (in the Bible) does God allow us to pray with unbelievers unless its a prayer to open their eyes that Jesus Christ wants to save them and died on the cross for the.
We should try to live in peace with everyone including Muslims and others who don't share our faith.
But the god Muslims worship is not the same God that Christians worship.
Muslims do not believe that Jesus is God.
And that's what we base our salvation on.
So if our president or Bono or anyone else make the statement that we all worship the same God they are misinformed and wrong.
Biblically speaking of course.
I do however also think its wrong to mock anyone's leader through cartoons or any other display of disrespect.
I do however don't believe we are on a even playing field and will not be tuntil our Lord returns.

How is Jesus treated in the media?
On one episode of the Simpson Jesus was portrayed as insane rocking on a swing because God sent Him to earth once before.
South Park-well Im not even going there because I don't watch the show but have heard horror stories.
Do you think South Park will take a shot at Muslims and what they believe?
don't think so.
Look what happens.
They would actually put themselves in very real danger if they mocked Islam.
And how is Islam portrayed in the media.
They are often the cool guy.
Remember Azeem in Robin Hood with Kevin Costner?
Azeem the Muslim was portrayed as a natural leader and hero a man of honor.
The Christian Friar Tuck portrayed as a drunken fool.
And if scripture is quoted in a movie , more times than not its quoted by some kind of psycho serial killer before they kill someone.
What a blasphemous way to portray Gods word.
Would they do that with the Koran?
I don't think so at least I have not seen it in a movie.
And yes terrorists are portrayed as Muslims, but this was more after 9/11.
And most intelligent folk do not believe that all Muslims are terrorists.
I don't.
Do I believe we worship the same God though?
Im sure we don't.
Because we know that Jesus Christ is God, Lord and King.
