Is Catholicism Christianity?
I have struggled a lot about being raised Roman Catholic but then getting saved in a Christian church in 1994. I still love all my Catholic relatives but the point is it does not matter what you hear a certain Catholic may say about his or her religion but what the Magesterium(the teaching arm of the Catholic religion) teaches that matter. Because its always the bottom line with what the Magesterium decides should be made official teaching not up to the individual Catholic to decide for his or her self. Plus the pope is designated as Christ's representative on earth (by the Catholic church not scripture).
The pope is said to be able to speak with infallibility as well.
Plus tradition is elevated to equality with Gods word.
Which of course is a false notion.
Mary is also worshipped, and to those who would disagree I would say this. Even though Mary worship is played down in the states here it is full blown in South American countries and Mexico-that's just a fact.
Again Im not saying hate Catholics please don't misunderstand me.
But they teach a different jesus and a different gospel.
Here is a good article that addresses that subject.

No.

The Catholic faith indeed practices another gospel from another Mary, er, I meant Jesus, and from a different spirit. I wonder if the Mormon First Preisdent and the Pope both went on "To Tell the Truth", who would be the first to stand up when asked who the apostle is that rules the church? Will the real apostle PLEASE stand up?

Have you read "RULERS OF EVIL?" If you havn't, you MUST read this! The first eight chapters are provided online...
If you have already completed this, then we need to converse. If you have not, then I can wait until you do. I cannot say this any better than this reader:
"No doubt about it, in RULERS OF EVIL Tupper Saussy has written an important book. I'm finding it increasingly difficult to discuss current events with people who haven't read it.
"To everyone truly interested in the origin and nature of our constitutional republic, I say "Go, read Rulers of Evil, and then let's talk."
This also is a must peruse...
