The Pastor made me do it

Used to be there was a old saying "The devil made me do it".
Do you think that should be replaced by "The pastor made me do it".
Sometimes I wonder if when the time comes for us to stand before The Lord will we say "Well I only followed what so and so taught".
And The Lords reply may well be "Where did you find that teaching in my Word"?
In these days of many charismatic personalities that are not necessarily Christian many folks are being led down a false path.
Men like Rick Warren, Bill Hybels, Benny Hinn are deceiving many in the flock to stray.
Women like Marilyn Hickey, Joyce Meyer, and (gasp) even Beth Moore are also leading many women as well as men down a unsafe path.
Are these folks doing it on purpose (almost hate to use that word-thanks Rick)?
God only knows but much of what they are teaching is a false gospel and a different jesus.
