How has Purpose Driven, Contemplative, Emergent or Emerging effected your life and the ones you love.
Part of the great Falling Away and the Great Deception is very personnal because we have to part company with ones we love.
Even if we choose to not part company it hurts us to see our loved ones fall away.
Myself Ive seen it with my own mother.
And many other churches filled with people you love.
I had to part company with First Baptist Church in Modesto , CA because they continued to promote new age, contemplative rituals to very young children.
To this day they are still promoting contemplative/new age spirituality-

Deeper Focus (Every other month on 4th week) These are nights of deeper worship and prayer that will help students develop their relationship with God by exploring various spiritual disciplines and ways of interacting with God. It will have interactive prayer stations and other participatory elements. See calendar for specific information.
The pastor there is Wade Estes a very good man who helped me with one of our Simply Agape Project recordings.
Many members of that church have been a very important part of my life.
But sometimes you need to choose between friendships and false teaching such as Purpose Driven and Contemplative Spirituality.
